The firm is founded and led by CA Balaji T.S, a practising Chartered Accountant with more than five years of hands-on work in statutory audit, tax audit, GST, income-tax, and business planning. He works directly on client files - scoping the audit, reviewing the tax computation, and signing off the advice - so that the opinion the client receives is the same one that was formed on the papers.

Supporting that practice is a compact team of accountants and article assistants who maintain the books, GST workings, and statutory calendars through the year. Assignments are staffed by people who already know the industry - construction, manufacturing, textiles, automotive, jewellery, finance, and software - rather than handed to a general pool. The aim is a file that is ready for audit, filing, and the next decision, without the client having to rebuild the year in March.
